Shipping

  • Orders usually ship within 24 hours of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation after it ships.
  • We ship by USPS and orders typically arrive in 3 to 5 days.

Equipment Returns and Refunds

This section relates to all equipment purchases (not classes or trips).

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

What Can Not Be Returned

We can not accept a return of any weight-bearing safety equipment. This includes but is not limited to ropes, harnesses, quickdraws, belay devices etc.

We do not provide refunds on any gift cards.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@denverclimbingcompany.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Classes and Trip Policies

This section relates to all bookable classes and trips through Denver Climbing Company (not equipment)

Cancellations and Reschedules
  • You can cancel or reschedule without penalty up until the start time of your trip.
Weather Policy
  • Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of your guide(s). We will always err on the side of caution. And once a trip is cancelled, this is final.
  • If we cancel due to weather prior to the trip, you’ll get a full refund. If we cancel during the first half of the trip, you can reschedule or get a 50% refund. If we cancel during the second half of the trip, no refund is provided.
Waiver Policy
  • You will be required to read and sign a waiver of rights before participation. This will be provided upon arrival. Please review ahead of time. You can read it here now.
Covid-19 Policy

You attest that you are not currently infected or have symptoms and have not been in contact with a positive case in the past two weeks.

Gift Card Policy

We do not provide refunds for gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
